The National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival - 2023 Korea Month

The 7th National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival in 2023, themed "Korea Month," features a variety of cultural experience activities, including Korean exhibition areas, traditional Korean costume experience, Korean flower card experiences, and Korean tea ceremony experiences. The festival will host dozens of creative programs and events, guided by the Korean Culture Association. The opening ceremony will include a Korean costume fashion show and a large-scale event with over 3,000 participants. Additionally, the festival will invite the Namwon National Intangible Cultural Heritage Center and the Korean Arts Association to perform live at the National Palace Museum South Branch, with two medium-sized performances, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.

The National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival - 2022 Vietnam Month

The 6th National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival in 2022, themed "Vietnam Month," featured a variety of cultural experience activities, including Vietnamese exhibition areas, traditional Vietnamese costume experiences, Vietnamese spring roll cooking experiences, and Vietnamese rolled paper art experiences, with a total of 30 creative programs and events. The festival held a grand autumn event with over 10,000 participants and invited the Hai Phong Water Puppet Theater from Vietnam to perform live at the National Palace Museum South Branch, with seven medium-sized performances, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.

The National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival - 2020 Mongolia Month

The 4th National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival in 2020, themed "Mongolia Month," featured a variety of cultural experience activities, including Mongolian exhibition areas, traditional Mongolian costume experiences, small-scale Mongolian yurt building experiences, and Mongolian thangka art experiences, with a total of dozens of creative programs and events. The festival held a small-scale Naadam Festival with over 3,000 participants and seven medium-sized performances, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.

The National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival - 2019 Thailand Month

The 3rd National Palace Museum Asian Art Festival in 2019, themed "Thailand Month," featured a variety of cultural experience activities, including the development of the "Rama Kien" story theater course, Fun Thai language activities, DIY Thai flower garlands, and other creative programs, with a total of dozens of cultural experience events. The festival invited a Thai performance troupe to conduct a large-scale arts and cultural performance with over 3,300 participants, along with three medium-sized performances, attracting tens of thousands of visitors.

Bringing Taiwanese traditional craftsmen's works to participate in the "2019 Chiang Mai Design Week" and the "2020 Bangkok Design Week" in Thailand, this program facilitated cultural exchange of traditional crafts through exhibitions. Additionally, it organized over 70 workshops and master demonstrations.

2015 Asia-Pacific Traditional Arts Festival

The theme of the 2015 Asia-Pacific Traditional Arts Festival was "Opera in the Contemporary Era," focusing on small-scale plays, puppetry, and contemporary精品劇作 (high-quality productions), and connecting with the "9th Taiwan-Zhejiang Cultural Festival" and "Highlights of Traditional Theater." This showcased the evolving art forms of traditional theater in modern times. Participating teams included groups from Mainland China, Japan, Indonesia, France, and other regions. The festival featured an opening press conference, over 70 performances, a traditional golden hits market, an Asia-Pacific creative market, an Asia-Pacific puppetry exhibition and workshop experiences, promotional tours, and an international friendship night.

The 25th Traditional Arts Golden Melody Awards Ceremony, hosted for the first time by the National Center for Traditional Arts, focused on "the human voice" as the central theme of the program. The event emphasized that each person carries the most original and pure form of music, using this concept to connect the program. It showcased how traditional and artistic music elements can be maximized through various creators, arrangements, and concepts, presenting a rich diversity of colors. This edition also highlighted the introduction of a new award for traditional opera performers. The planning and execution included both a concert and a grand awards ceremony.
